Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times and rates

United States: Free shipping, 5 to 11 business days after processing. International: Free shipping, 8 to 15 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase. Total delivery time is processing plus transit.

Order tracking Every order includes a tracking number, emailed as soon as your package ships. Please allow 2 to 4 days for tracking to update after receiving your number.

Delays While most orders arrive within the estimated window, carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons can occasionally extend delivery. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, reach out and we will investigate or resend it.

Incorrect address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once, and additional shipping may apply.

Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out within 7 days and we will work with you on a resolution.

Customs and duties International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
